This method makes canceling the subscription tricky because there are several ways to sign up. Think back to when you signed up, and keep scrolling to find the method that matches how you joined Noom.

What to keep in mind when you cancel and unsubscribe from Noom
If you want to cancel Noom because your free trial is ending, keep this in mind. You need to cancel your free trial at least 24 hours before its expiration date, especially if you are on an iPhone. Otherwise, your credit card is going to get automatically charged.
If this happens to you, you can reach out to Noom’s customer support to attempt to receive a refund.
However, getting a refund is difficult. For purchases made directly on Noom’s app or website, ask a Goal Specialist (Coach) for a refund. Learn more about Noom’s refund policies here.
For purchases made directly via the App Store or Google Play Store subscriptions, Noom generally does not refund purchases made via your phone because the charge comes directly from Google or Apple. You may have to reach out to Apple Support or Google Support for a refund in this case.
Some folks also recommend contacting the Better Business Bureau and posting a review if you don’t get a refund or if you made the payment via a credit card, contact them and dispute the charge.
Also, if you decide to cancel Noom while your subscription is active, you still have access to the Noom app and its features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Just so you know, if you delete the app, that does not get rid of the subscription. So make sure to confirm you successfully canceled your subscription!
