Schedule workouts and invite friends to join in with Peloton’s new feature

Peloton released a new feature this week that allows users to schedule workouts in advance and also lets them invite their friends to join in.

Accountability is important when it comes to managing one’s health. The Peloton Schedule feature allows users to choose what classes they want to take up to two weeks in advance. Users can choose between live, on-demand or an Encore class.

The peloton app will provide a summary schedule that shows all your planned workouts in one place. Users will also be able to see their personal schedule on their Peloton Bike and Tread.

Once you have signed up for a class and added it to your schedule, you will see a confirmation message using which you can text your friends and invite them to take the class with you.Peloton Schedule notification

When its time to take a class, users will see a notification pop up on their bike or Tread. Tapping it will take them directly into that class.

The new feature is a beta feature that Peloton is testing out starting this week. it is important that you update your Bike, Tread and app software to the latest version in order to check out this exciting feature from Peloton.

This new accountability feature on the Peloton app is nice as many users like to manage their schedules via calendar or reminders. Having it on the calendar makes it more likely that you are going to attend the training session.
