It’s quite annoying when your Fitness tracker doesn’t properly track your activity and progress. I mean, what’s the point of all of the focus on fitness if your smartwatch can’t give you the data and feedback?
Thankfully, that is not the case and the Apple Watch is perhaps the smartwatch to use for fitness. However, there are a lot of ins and outs of the fitness portion of the Watch that you may not be aware of.

- For the Fitness app (iOS14 + watchOS 7 and above), scroll down
- For the Activity app (iOS 13 + watchOS 6 and below), press firmly on the display with a long press until you feel a tap back (Force Touch)
- Tap on Change Move Goal
- Adjust the goal using the ‘+‘ and ‘–‘ buttons
- Tap Update
